About me..

  • My early working life was as a production assistant in film and television.

  • After my own health issues from being overprescribed antibiotics along with contraceptive use during my teen years, I began to explore natural alternatives to health and well-being.

  • becoming first a student, then a teacher of Iyengar Yoga; (teaching weekly classes for 22 years.)

  • graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Botanic Medicine and Homeopathy at the S.A. College of Natural and Traditional Medicine, in 1998.

  • working as a Naturopath-Homeopath-Herbalist from the late 90’s - pausing when my children were young to focus on hearth and home.

  • Over the years, as well as practicing and teaching, I’ve held many health retreats, gatherings, workshops, and been a support person in therapeutic medicine spaces.

  • During the covid years, I re-committed to my practice, deciding to focus primarily on Homeopathy.

  • I continue to teach, practice, mentor and study both Yoga and Homeopathy.

  • I am an approved mentor for RMDY Academy of Homeopathy students.

  • I’ve been a Practitioner at the Homeopathic clinic at the Woodford folk festival for the last 3 years, working alongside Homeopaths and students from all over Australia.

  • I’m a Mother, Grandmother and Pet-Mum to many furred and feathered animals. We live on a 5 acre property in the middle of stringy bark forest in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
